Won't Go There Again

My two daughters and I had dinner at this location last week. We were terribly disappointed. The service was poor (we had to keep asking the waitress for refills on our sodas) and then, to top it off, the waitress dropped one of the napkins on the floor... she picked it up the napkin and then put it on the table to be used as a coaster... I looked at her in disbelief but she didn't have a clue what she had done... when I told the manager on the way out he couldn't have cared less... The food was prepared poorly. The vegetables were completely overcooked and the steak overdone and the shrimp were horribly salty... I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Horrible Customer Service

Even when I called the restaurant to ask a simple question, before I could finish asking, I was abruptly cut off and a few moments later another person came on the line and asked how he could help. I told him of how I was cut off, and when I asked him the question again he gave me an answer of "umm... No." His tone was snide and arrogant, and he did not offer to help me further in any way. If this is how the people working there treat potential customers on the phone I have no interest in eating at the establishment in person. I have never had such rude service via a phone call. It really makes me wonder how superficial the people are actually face to face. This site made me choose the amount of stars to rate this business before I could submit this review, but based on the interaction alone, I do not see it fit of deserving even one star. But it is accurate when it says 'I would not recommend'.

If you are looking this up your probably know what they offer at Applebee's. This one seem alway to have many customers and is close to the Galleria in Roseville and a Costco. The staff is warm and friendly.
