Bob Blankenship has been contracting with our Bay Community and Service District from 1985 to 1995.

His scope of work includes maintaining and installing our nine gates. Maintaining, installing and developing our five sewer stations. He has repaired and replaced our sewer, storm drains, and curbs gutters, our lighting and electrical needs throughout the community.

His **technical expertise** has been **very helpful** at our Community and District Meetings. His jobs have ranged for $65.00 to $100,000.00.

Bob has shown to us and our community the pride he has in his work and each job he completes.

We give him 50% deposit in his large jobs with no complaints from his vendors or subcontractors on being paid.

He has been helpful in other ways in providing us with equipment and taking action that were helpful in saving our community homes from the devastating fires and floods which occurred in December of 1993.
