I think all these bad reviews are related to the Men's Wearhouse store outside Haywood Mall. There is another store downstairs INSIDE the mall, and they did a wonderful job with my daughter's wedding. My husband has shopped at the Men's Wearhouse outside the mall for years and he always calls ahead for an appointment. He says the store is always too busy to get any help unless they know your coming. When my daughter and her fiance and I went to book her wedding we tried the mall store and it was wonderful. They dressed and un-dressed a mannaquin a dozen times so we could see different combos until we found exactly what we wanted. On delivery day the only hiccup we had was a pair of pants that was a little too short. They were fixed with a smile (the employee actually pointed out that they were too short) and within 15 minutes. We went to get a coffee and when we came back they were done. The entire processs was painless and the tuxes were perfect. All of the product looked brand new. We had rented tuxes for our younger son at Gregories last year for his prom, and the tux looked like it had been worn about 1000 times. Prices were great too! We rented a beautiful Jones New York tux with all the accessories (sox and pocket silk too) for $125. For everyone reading this, go to the Men's Wearhouse inside the mall, downstairs, they were wonderful!!!

there's another store in Loganville - it's called Gents - I rented there and it was the most pain-free tux rental I have ever experienced. It took very little time and was incredibly affordable - maybe try them next time.

Alterations were not completed on time or correctly. Store employees are rude and do not seem to care when these mistakes occur. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

For prom, my little brother went to Tux to rent his first tuxedo. The customer service reps didn't have him try the whole tuxedo on, didn't have him button all the buttons (like the wrist buttons or the top neck button), and let him walk out with a tux that didn't fit. On the day of prom, when getting dressed, we found out the shirt and jacket were both too small. We called the store, but they were rude and unresponsive to helping us solve the problem. They said they were short-staffed, and couldn't be expected to do anything about the problem because of that. Upon returning the tux, the sales reps were once again rude, combative, and unwilling to help. We would have been happy with a replacement shirt the night of prom or an apology the next day. This, however, did not occur. It took a call to the regional manager to get anything rectified about the situation. I would not recommend this store. I would be most happy if this review helps prevent a similar problem in the future. Please at least be sure to button all buttons and try everything on before you leave the store. It's simple, but people often forget to try everything before leaving.

Tux Rentals are as much as 170.00! For a single day! They say $59.99, but you can't really get one for that price. There is another place only a mile from there - Don't remember the name, but Tux Rentals for Designer Tuxes are just $100 for everything!!
