Finally a place that will actually tell you what you need to hear not you want to hear & have a plan in place to help! My wife & I were facing bankruptcy if we could not find something to salvage the situation. We ran into RAM here on the yellow pages & had a great consultation the same day. We really got into the root problems & what would actually work & what would not. We were able to put a plan in place instead of doing nothing or just thowing in the towel. I came to a place in my life where I didn't know what to do or where to turn. I thought Bankruptcy was my only option. I struggled with the thought of filing Bankruptcy. I just didn't feel like it was the right thing to morally do. So I went on the interent and searched for Alternatives to Bankruptcy and found a bunch of companies needless to say. None of those companies really listen to what my needs or goals were and tried to force me to sign up after 5 minutes of talking to them. Just when I was about to give up hope, I decided to make one last call to Ram. The first thing I was suprised about was the consultant asked me what I was going through and what my goals were in getting out of my debt. Not only that I was in a place financially where I could only afford so much. The consultant understood and tailored a program around my financial situation. Everybody in that office treats me like they know me. The customer service I have experienced has been great. I am at a lost of words. I just want to say Thank you Ram for treating me like a human and trying to understand my situation and help me find a plan.

RAM Financial has great representatives from their company. From my representative to the rest of their company, they always have a friendly voice on the other end of the phone. After my husband passed away, I was left with a lot on my plate and had to find some help. I was very grateful that this company didn't make me uncomfortable and pressured to make a decision, because I had a lot to think about. My main concern was my home--I didn't want to lose it. Most of these companies just help with credit cards, but RAM helped me to keep my home in addition to creating a plan for my credit cards. Please check these folks out because they will do an excellent job with your financial affairs.

I have never found myself in this situation before, but I lost my job and could no longer afford my payments. I'm a single mother of 2 boys and have no other source of income (thanks to their dad, but that's a whole different story!) At first, I was very leary and afraid of getting scammed. You read that stuff in the news everyday and you have a MILLION of companies to choose from, so how do you choose? But, after several searches and speaking with various companies, I found RAM to be the clear cut company. Here's why-I was never pressured into making a decision. They don't "sell" you something. You need help and they have the knowledge and ability to do so. When I enrolled, I had very personalized service...no getting transferred to 10 million people just to answer 1 simple question. I also have my own consultant to work with, so I know who to call to answer my questions. Should you go with this company, my advocate's name was Gary. He is a Consumer Advocate with several years of experience in the financial industry. But, no matter who you choose to seek counsel from, everyone in RAM is a pleasure to speak with.
