ER Department/Loud/Messy/ no Compassion

Given my health I have been there are more then a few occasions. I have full coverage in Health insurance and am a disabled adult. I have found that the Waiting room gets so dirty and the wait time of 6 to 8 hours is awful. The TV is always so loud, no one comes in to clean the place and the satff at the check in desk has a don't bother me attitude. Now there are a few nurses and doctor's that have a human side but for the most it is a take a number and just wait. In house care is good if you are admitted. The staff on the floors are wonderful. Food is excellent. Just remember a pretty exterior does not mean good care. So all in all it is the ER that is so bad.
