I can't believe as much money as us electricians spend @ home depot that they would have the balls to cut our throat. AND THEY DO. Home depot needs to concentrate on keeping parts in the damn store and not cutting our nuts off.. Greedy son of a **^_()'S I will not shop at home depot ANYMORE

Gladys Sandoval, My name is Justin Ibarra from Mr. Electric of Central VA. We are the current Electrical Installer for Home Depots At Home Services. I feel that there is some sort of miscommunication here. Unless this install took place out of our region, I find it EXTREMELY Hard To Believe your response. I know for a fact that NONE of my guys would A) Show up to a job unprepared -and- B)Damage your home and not take 150% accountability for their actions. That being said, I'd greatly appreciate it if you would please contact me regarding your experience to confirm the validity of your review. You can contact me directly @ 434.989.8980 to discuss your displeasure with your experience. Thank you, and I hope to hear from you soon. -Justin Ibarra

These guys don't know what they are doing!!!

Home Depot steals work from local contractors buy hiring the cheapest labor possible and undercutting the whole communnity. If you hire a home depot installer, you are cutting your own neighbors throat. So think about it! Do you want to hire some one who has run a family business in the area for many years, or a cookie cutter, prepackaged, made in china, outsourced, job from a huge corporation, who could care less about you! Support local or move away!

Mr. Feather, My name is Justin from Mr. Electric of Central VA. We are the current Electrical Installer for Home Depot in our region, and after reading your review I was compelled to respond. Home Depot hand selects the most professional contractor to represent there business. That being said, we are Most Definitely NOT The Cheapest Electrical Contractor in town (No Question). We are actually a family owned and operated business that was established in 1984, and are not a "cookie cutter, prepackaged, made in China, outsourced, job from a huge corporation, who could care less about you" company. In fact, we are just the opposite. We provide top notch service on every job we go on, and always come prepared with the knowledge and experience required to complete the job with a Lifetime 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. **Which Clearly Shows Why HOME DEPOT Hand Selected Us To Be Their Installer.** -And if you really think about it... We are your neighbors too. We obviously are not dispatched from China every morning; we are natives to the area as well. I do apologize if you were in the running to be a Home Depot installer and didn't make the cut, but please realize this is NO FAULT of ours. We simply strive to be the best in the industry - as we know it can be a dog-eat-dog world in any business. So I will ask that you do your homework next time before you spew your venom across the internet. Respectfully, Justin Ibarra

I called and spent about 15 minutes on the phone with one of their Customer Service order takers. After giving out my entire name, personal information, etc., they finally decide to tell me that they "don't go to my area".....I state that the advertisement states quite clearly that they "Serving the Bronston Area", and she replies that they only go to "certain zipcodes." Do yourself a favor if you are local, get someone else.
